Purchase a lot from Gardner with no issues. Their return policy is great if your item is damaged and was not in description. They are very well organized and it takes very little time to get the products purchased.

I’m always buying things in this place and I never had problem before today, but today I was treated really bad by one young lady that doesn’t know how to treat people and shouldn’t be there. I’m really upset and think about not buy things there anymore, because I don’t want to be treated like that again.

I love this place very honest people they try their very best to describe the item as best as they can. Their return policy is excellent, even though they described the item very well, and I rarely ever need to return there anything. I will continue shopping there for as long as they are in business.

Tried to return a faulty UPS (purchased for 50$ great deal if it was working) on Saturday but they said they couldn’t accept technical returns on Saturday. When I asked for a favour so I didn’t have to come back on Monday, the associate got very hostile, which I found to be very disrespectful & was complaining to the prior customer about how busy he was at work. If on Monday I get better customer service I will change my review even if they don’t accept the return. For now, I will NOT shop here anymore, Encore and Mackenzie auctions are a lot more professional & have a lot better customer service.

Gardner Auctions mislead an item and never responded to any of my emails sent. They knew what they did when I picked the product up and did not acknowledge and gave me one option, leave the product with no refund. Terrible customer service especially that it seems like they knew what they did. Charged me 5 x a product when picture showed two different products so I assumed that was one lot.

BEWARE of this place. You will literally WIN an item and they can then say "you definitely didn't win it." A bunch of ignorant, unprofessional,cocky, snakes. What's the point of running an auction if you don't give people their WON items.

Regular customer at Gardner. They are courteous, honest, value their relationships with customers and are consistent. Great way to stretch your dollar further these days.
